Guide School 2025

Welcome to Firl Outfitters Guide School, where we train passionate anglers to become expert fishing guides! Our program is designed for those who love the thrill of the catch and want to share their knowledge with others. With hands-on training from experienced professionals, you'll learn everything from casting techniques to boat navigation. Join Firl Outfitters and turn your fishing hobby into a rewarding career guiding others to their own memorable catches!  Days will be long so food and lodging is provided bunk house or camping. Bring fishing gear you will be fishing everyday. Must be physical fit to row a boat in fast water. Those that complete all three weekends will be given a full certificate of guide completion with 50 hours of boat training and a possible job with Firl Outfitters.
